Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched in a plain brown packaging to ensure complete discretion. Moreover, there are absolutely no references to the contents of your delivery on the outside of the packaging.
Items delivered outside the UK carry a weight limit (2kg for Europe, 1.5kg for outside Europe), items over these limits may incur extra delivery charges and customs fees. Please contact our sales team for more details.
In addition, delivery dates or times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods. Our courier service “next day delivery” is NOT a guranteed next day delivery service, however 99% of the time, deliveries are next day.
Finally, if you are not in when the parcel arrives, they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days for you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel is then returned to us.
